Cancellation Policy

At ShopHopeCart, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel your order.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped from our warehouse. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. How to Cancel an Order

  • You can cancel your order from your account dashboard (if available)
  • Or contact our support team immediately after placing the order
  • Provide your Order ID for quick assistance

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders that have already been shipped
  • Custom or special-made products
  • Orders marked as β€œOut for Delivery”

4. Refund After Cancellation

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.

5. Seller Rights

ShopHopeCart reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
