1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Invoice or order confirmation must be provided
- Innerwear, socks, and customized items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Share your order ID, product details, and reason for return
- Our team will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality check
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method or bank account
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer (UPI/NEFT)
5. Exchanges
Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Products marked as final sale or clearance
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Products without original tags or packaging
