• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
• Orders below ₹999 may incur a flat shipping fee of ₹99 (shown at checkout)

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Timelines

• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
• Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available in select pin codes)

Delivery timelines may vary during sale periods, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or logistics delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with tracking details. You can also contact our support team for order status updates.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders across India. Please keep exact change ready where possible. COD orders may have a small handling fee displayed at checkout.
